"Makassar - Satu lagi tim perakit Sukhoi tewas. Victor Savanoc yang kemarin sempat dirawat di RS Stella Maris, Makassar, tewas menyusul kedua rekannya. Dengan demikian korban tewas menjadi 3 orang. "

Setelah saya cek, ternyata orang Rusia ini memang maniak banget dengan minuman keras. Berikut ini ada beberapa data pendukung

"Russia has a very high death rate of 15 deaths per 1000 people per year. This is far higher than the world's average death rate of just under 9. The death rate in the U.S. is 8 per 1000 and for the United Kingdom it's 10 per 1000. Alcohol-related deaths in Russia are very high and alcohol-related emergencies represent the bulk of emergency room visits in the country."

"They found that 59% of deaths in men and 33% of deaths in women between the ages of 15–54 were caused by alcohol. Most of these alcohol-attributed deaths were from alcohol poisoning, accidents, violence, or one of eight disease groups strongly related to alcohol, such as TB, pneumonia, pancreatitis or liver disease. "

Orang Rusia ini nampaknya memang nggak bisa dekat-dekat alkohol. Kabarnya mereka 1 orang setahun rata-rata minum 15 liter alkohol, terutama vodka.

"Gorbachev tried to ban it. Yeltsin enthusiastically endorsed it. This week President Dmitri Medvedev becomes the latest Russian leader to wrestle with his country’s age-old relationship with vodka: from September 1st it will be illegal for Moscow stores to sell hard liquor between 10pm and 10am."
